As of June 1, 2024, all our products will carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, blemishes, or failure of components due to negligence, misuse, abuse, or modification as these are not considered as material or workmanship defects.

Warranty Registration Requirements

To document a purchase and activate the warranty, we require the product to be registered within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out the form below.

Warranty Process

To initiate a warranty request, follow these steps:

• Fill out the form below to submit your ticket on our website. Once we receive your request, we will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
• Once we receive your item, we will evaluate it within 72 hours and make a decision on whether a warranty claim is valid.
• If there are signs of misuse, abuse, or modifications your request will be denied, and the product will be sent back to you.
• If upon inspection the product qualifies for our warrantee program, and the product can be repaired to full functionality, we will make the necessary repairs and send it back to you. If it cannot be repaired, we will send a new replacement unit to you in the same configuration that we received it.
